对剖宫产产妇施行阶段性持续健康教育的护理效果探察

Nursing Effect of Stage Continuous Health Education on Cesarean Section

目的探析剖宫产产妇采用阶段性持续健康教育护理的临床效果。方法选取剖宫产产妇60例,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用阶段性持续健康教育护理,对比分析两组临床护理效果。结果观察组身体恢复情况均优于对照组,其安全感、舒适度、SAS评分均优于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性持续健康教育对剖宫产产妇护理效果明显,通过改善术后指标、调节情绪状态以提升护理质量,促进其身体康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of stage continuous health education nursing for cesarean section women.Methods 60 cases of caesarean section patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with periodic continuous health education nursing,and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The body recovery of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the sense of security and comfort,SAS scores were significantly better than the control group,all the differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The stage of continuous health education on cesarean section maternal care effect is quite good,it can improve the postoperative index,regulating emotional state in order to improve the nursing quality,promote their physical rehabilitation,it has important clinical value.
