综合护理干预在ICU患者预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia in ICU Patients

目的探讨综合护理干预对预防ICU患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响。方法选取我院ICU2016年4月—-2017年4月行机械通气的患者56例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组给予患者常规护理,观察组给予患者综合护理干预。比较两组患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率以及呼气容积与肺活量等相关指标。结果观察组患者ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,观察组患者的一秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预运用于ICU机械通气患者中,能够有效地降低其相关性肺炎发生率,促进肺部功能的改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU patients.Methods 56 cases of mechanical ventilation in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and expiratory volume and vital capacity were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU patients in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group.The forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation can effectively reduce the incidence of pneumonia and promote lung function improvement.
