唐末淮南道节度使高骈幕府速亡原因探究

Probe into the Reasons of the Rapid Fall of Huainan Khrom Gao Pian's Commanding Office in the Late Tang Dynasty

乾符六年(879),高骈开幕府于扬州,节度淮南;光启三年(887)九月,高骈死于"广陵妖乱"事件。高骈在节度淮南之时对武职任用失当,致使其割据淮南不足九年便迅速倾亡。这主要表现在两个方面:其一,任用术士吕用之等人为使府牙将,光启二年,吕用之小集团正式形成,标志着高骈已经对使府失控;其二,大量任用黄巢降将为州刺史,自中和二年,光、寿、庐、舒、和等州陆续失控,互相兼并之势已不可挽回。

In 879 A.D,Gao Pian controlled Huainan Province.In 887 A.D,Gao Pian died of Guangling civil unrest.During his control of Huainan,Gao Pian’simproper appointment of some generals resulted in his rapid collapse in less than nine years of the separatist regime.This paper analyses the reasons of Gao’s rapid fall,which mainly expresses in two aspects.First of all,the security commander Lv Yongzhi appointed by Gao Pian,gradually obtained the control of the army in 886 A.D.Secondly,Gao’s appointment of the surrendered general Huang Chao in position of state governor,made the states of Guang,Shou,Lu,Shu and He out of control one after the other,which resulted in Gao Pian’s losing the rule of Huainan.
