论广播节目主持人融合报道能力的提升

On the Promotion of the Integrated Reporting Capability of Radio Hosts

媒体融合对传统广播报道提出了新要求:以新技术快速提升报道能力;内容生产准确快速,表现形式新颖多元;实现传播的"平台打通,资源共享"。媒体变革要求广播节目主持人成为新形势下融合报道的多面手,不仅要掌握演播室主持播报能力,还要具备融入新闻现场进行实时直播采访报道的能力,此外还要具备将记者采集的文字、照片、声音、视频等多种要素在新媒体平台进行融合传播的能力。广播节目主持人要通过学习增强政治素养、提高新闻敏感性,不断参与新媒体实践,提升融合报道能力。

The media convergence has raised new requirements for traditional broadcast reporting,such as rapidly improving reporting capability with new technologies,accurately producing the content with novel and diverse expression forms and realizing the spread of platform opening and resource sharing.This paper suggests that radio show hosts should become generalists of integrated reporting under the new situation,who can not only host the broadcasting of the studio and integrate into the news site for real\|time live coverage,but integrate various elements such as texts,photos,sounds and videos collected by reporters on the new media platform as well.Meanwhile,it proposes that a radio host should by learning strengthen his political quality,improve his sensitivity of news,continuously participate in new media practice and promote the ability of integrated reporting.
