The Analysis on FB2 Rotor Performance and Surfacing Heat Treatment Process

摘要 随着欧洲COST 522计划的实施,筛选出含Co和B的10-Cr钢FB2,本文结合9%-10%Cr铁素体钢的材料特点,通过对转子用钢FB2不同回火温度的热处理技术研究,获取热处理工艺参数和操作方法,并探索转子轴颈堆焊的可行性。为转子锻件的热处理工艺制定提供依据。 As the implementation of Europe COST 522 plan,the screened 10-Cr steel containing Co and B FB2,combining with 9%10%Cr ferritic steel material characteristic,through to the rotor steel FB2 different tempering temperature of heat treatment technology research,for heat treatment process parameters and operation methods,and explore the feasibility of the rotor shaft neck surfacing.It provides the basis for the heat treatment process of rotor forging.
