大学生就业面试信心与社会支持的相关研究

The Studies on the Relevant Issues of Social Support and Job Interview Confidence of the College Students

为了解大学生就业面试信心和社会支持的现状,探讨社会支持和就业面试信心的相关关系。采用《社会支持评定量表》和《就业面试信心自评量表》对255名大学生进行问卷调查。结果表明大学生就业面试信心较为缺乏,社会支持程度较低,就业者信心在性别和家庭教养方式上有显著差异,但在年级、生源地、学科性质上无显著性差异。大学生就业面试信心和主观支持、社会客观支持和对支持的利用度方面都呈现显著相关。结论对于提升大学生就业面试的成功率有指导性意义。

In order to Students to understand the purpose of job interview confidence and social support status,social support and Job interview of the correlation between confidences.How-to articles using“social support rating scale”and“Job interview confidence checklist”of 255 college students conducted a questionnaire survey.The results show that the lack of college students are more confident Job interview,but higher degree of social support,Job interview gender and confidence in the way of family education were significantly different,but in the year,students,the nature of the subject was no significant difference.Community to support the significant gender differences,but in grade,disciplinary in nature,professional,students on the ground was no significant difference.Students Job interview confidence and subjective support,objective support and social support aspects of utilization showed a significant correlation.The conclusion is helpful to improve the success rate of college students'employment interview.
