摘要
分析了目前国内外关于数控职业技能教育方面的相关情况,深入总结了我院在数控车、数控铣及加工中心教学方面的经验。依托我院省级实验教学示范中心——工程训练中心,通过将编程与仿真软件和实验、实训课程有机结合,充分发挥仿真软件的优势,弥补其劣势,找到了一条适合我院数控职业技能教育发展的道路。
In this paper,current NC vocational skills education in China and other countries is analyzed and teaching experience of CNC lathe,milling machine and machining center in our college is thoroughly summarized.Supported by our provincial-level experimental teaching demonstration center,Engineering Training Center,we organically integrate NC programming with simulation software,experiment and practice course,bring simulation software’s superiority into full play and compensate its disadvantage,so as to find an approach to develop NC vocational-technical education of our college.
