基于精益六西格玛提高高职院校《机械制图》教与学质量

To Improve the Teaching and Learning of the Course of “Mechanical Drawing” Based on the Lean Six Sigma at the Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 针对高职院校信息化教学平台不完善、学生基础差、空间思维能力弱而导致的教与学质量低的问题,提出了基于精益六西格玛思路。进行教与学质量问题的鱼骨图分析,搭建信息化教学平台,打破机械制图一贯枯躁无味、难教、难学局面,从而达到老师易教学生易学效果。不仅提高了教学质量,同时提升了教师和学生的信息化素养,使教与学到达了完美的结合点。 At the higher vocational colleges,in view of incomplete platform on informationliaztion teaching,the weak basis of students,low quality of on thinking spaces leads to the weakness of the teaching and learning,this paper proposes the idea based on lean six sigma,which used fishbone diagrams to analyze the teaching and learning quality problem,and builds the platform on imformationzation teaching.Through the teaching platform,we broke the manic tasteless and difficulties on teaching the course of Mechanical Drawing,so as to achieve the result of teaching and learning easily.It not only improves the teaching quality,but improves the capability of imformationlization for both the teachers and the students,making the teaching and learning to reach the perfect combining site.
