电针拔罐联合松解手法治疗肩周炎临床观察

Clinical observation of electroacupuncture and cupping combined with loosening technique in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的 :观察电针拔罐联合松解手法与单纯松解手法治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 :选择2016年9月至2017年11月门诊治疗的肩关节周围炎僵硬期患者102例,分为联合组和对照组各51例。对照组予单纯松解手法治疗肩关节粘连;联合组在对照组基础上行电针加拔罐治疗。治疗4周后观察两组疗效并进行比较。结果 :对照组总有效率为90.20%(46/51),联合组为94.12%(48/51),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但对照组治愈率为19.61%(10/51),联合组为54.90%(28/51),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :电针拔罐联合松解手法和单纯松解手法均为治疗肩周炎的有效方法,但前者在治愈率上优于后者。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture and cupping combined with loosening technique and simple loosening technique in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:From September 2016 to November 2017 102 patients with periarthritis of the shoulder in the outpatient treatment were selected and divided into a combined group and a control group with 51 cases each.The control group was given with simple loosening technique for the treatment of shoulder joint adhesion;the combined group was treated with electroacupuncture plus cupping on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 90.20%(46/51),the combined group was 94.12%(48/51),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but the cure rate of the control group was 19.61%(10/51),that of the combined group was 54.90%(28/51),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture and cupping combined with loosening and simple loosening technique are both effective methods in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,but the former is better than the latter in the cure rate.
