耳穴贴压联合健康走治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of auricular acupoint sticking pressure combined with healthy walking in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver

目的 :观察耳穴贴压联合健康走治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法 :收集2013年8月—2016年7月社区体检及就诊的非酒精性脂肪肝患者182例患者,采用随机单盲法分为治疗组和对照组各91例。两组均给予低脂低糖饮食指导方案,治疗组在此基础上进行耳穴贴压联合健康走治疗12周。观察两组治疗前后症状、腰臀比、BMI、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、肝脏彩超等变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.11%(82/91),高于对照组的54.95%(50/91,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的腰臀比小于对照组(0.90±0.04比0.98±0.05,P<0.05),而两组BMI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组TG水平为(1.75±1.00)mmol/L,明显低于治疗前的(2.24±1.18)mmol/L(P<0.05)和对照组的(2.11±1.20)mmol/L(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组脂肪肝较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),而对照组仅轻度脂肪肝有所改善(P<0.05)。结论 :耳穴贴压联合健康走治疗非酒精性脂肪肝具有一定疗效,而且简便易行,适合社区推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint sticking pressure combined with healthy walking in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver.Methods:From August 2013 to July 2016 182 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were collected in community physical examination and medical treatment and divided into a treatment group and a control group with 91 cases in each group with a randomized single-blind method.The two groups were given low fat and low sugar diet guidance.On the basis of this,the treatment group was treated with auricular acupoint sticking pressure combined with healthy walking for 12 weeks.The changes of symptoms,waist to hip ratio,BMI,three acylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and liver color Doppler before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.11%(82/91),which was higher than that of the control group[54.95%(50/91,P<0.05)].After treatment,the waist to hip ratio of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group(0.90±0.04 to 0.98±0.05,P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of TG of the treatment group was(1.75±1.00)mmol/L,which was significantly lower than that before treatment(2.24±1.18)mmol/L(P<0.05)and that of the control group(2.11±1.20)mmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint sticking pressure combined with healthy walking is effective in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver,and it is easy to be used and suitable for community promotion.
