上海嘉定区某地区2型糖尿病并发症的现况分析

Analysis of the current status of complications of type 2 diabetes in a region of Jiading District, Shanghai

目的 :通过对南翔地区糖尿病并发症患者的现况进行分析,为做好本地区糖尿病三级预防提供依据。方法:选取南翔社区卫生服务中心建立健康档案的2型糖尿病患者941例进行慢性并发症筛查,其中男性452人,平均年龄(66.71±7.9)岁;女性489人,平均年龄(66.8±7.9)岁。结果 :在941例糖尿病患者中,血糖控制率为45.59%;糖尿病并发症的检出率46.44%;糖尿病周围神经、血管病变、肾病、眼病检出率分别为9.03%、4.56%、32.83%、11.79%;糖尿病的并发症检出随年龄逐年增高。血糖、糖化血红蛋白和血压控制不佳的糖尿病患者的并发症检出率相对较高。结论 :本地区糖尿病患者血糖控制率较差,糖尿病并发症检出率较高,需进一步加强糖尿病患者的管理。

Objective:Through analysis of the status of diabetic complications in patients within Nanxiang Area to provide the basis for the three grade prevention of local diabetes.Methods:A total of 941 cases of type 2 diabetes whose health records were established in Nanxiang Community Health Service Center were selected for chronic complications screening,452 of them were male,and the average age was(66.71±7.9)years;489 were female and the average age was(66.8±7.9)years.Results:In 941 patients with diabetes,the control rate of blood sugar was 45.59%;the detection rate of diabetic complications was 46.44%;the detectable rates of peripheral nerve,vascular disease,kidney disease and ophthalmopathy were 9.03%,4.56%,32.83%and 11.79%,respectively.Detection rate of complications of diabetes increased with age increasing year by year.The detection rate of complications in diabetic patients with poor blood sugar,glycated hemoglobin and blood pressure control was relatively high.Conclusion:The rate of blood glucose control in patients with diabetes in the region is poor,the detection rate of diabetic complications is high and it is necessary to further strengthen the management of diabetic patients.
