柠檬叶综合利用研究现状

Research Status of Comprehensive Utilization of Lemons

柠檬叶为芸香科植物黎檬或洋柠檬的叶,其含有有机酸、挥发油、维生素C及叶绿素等有效成分,具有化痰止咳、理气、开胃等功效,在食品、药品以及日用化工方面等方面都有应用。对柠檬叶的主要成分、生理功效以及利用现状进行了综述,提出了目前国内外柠檬加工利用研究的发展方向,为更好地开发利用柠檬叶提供参考。

Lemon leaves are the leaves of rutaceae lemon or lemon,which contain organic acids,volatile oil,vitamin C and chlorophyll and other active ingredients with the functions of phlegm and cough,qi,appetizers and other effects.It has been used in food,medicine and daily chemical industry.The main constituents,physiological functions and utilization status of lemon leaves were reviewed.The development directions of lemon utilization at home and abroad were put forward,which could provide a reference for better development and utilization of lemon leaves.
