正丁醇-5-羟甲基糠醛-水三元体系液液平衡的分析方法

摘要 两相法是合成5-羟甲基糠醛的一种重要工艺,正丁醇是一种常用的有机溶剂,正丁醇-5-羟甲基糠醛-水三元体系的液液平衡是重要的热力学数据。针对此三元体系,开发了一套完整的分析方法,用液相色谱法分析5-羟甲基糠醛的含量,气相色谱法分析正丁醇的含量,利用质量守恒计算水分的含量。结果表明,此分析方法具有非常高的准确性和精密度,为两相法工艺中的液液平衡研究奠定了基础。 5-hydroxymethylfurfural is an important biomass chemical,and is usually synthesized with the biphasic technology.The liquid-liquid equilibrium data is important for the biphasic technology.An analytical method was developed for the 1-butanol-5-HMF-water system.In this method,liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of 5-HMF,and gas chromatography was used to determine the content of 1-butanol.The content of water was determined according to the mass balance principle.The experimental results showed that this method had high accuracy and precision.
