气质联用法检测霜膏类化妆品中16种多环芳烃 被引量:5

Determination of 16 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Cream Cosmetic with Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立了固相萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)快速测定霜膏类化妆品中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。样品用无水乙醇分散,正己烷提取,经氟罗里硅土和中性氧化铝复合固相萃取柱(1 g+1 g)净化,RIPP柱富集,GC-MS外标法定性定量。结果表明,16种PAHs在50~500μg/L范围内线性关系良好,R^2在0.9695~0.9999范围内,平均回收率在65.4%~129.7%之间,相对标准差小于14.3%(n=6),方法的测定下限介于0.4~7.4μg/kg之间。本方法简单、快速、准确,适用于霜膏类化妆品中16种多环芳烃的检测。 A method was established to determine 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in cream cosmetic by florisil combined Al 2 O 3 solid phase(1 g+1 g)extraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The samples were diluted with ethol,and 16 PAHs were adsorbed by RIPP SPE,and detected by GC-MS with external standard method after being cleaned up with florisil combined Al 2 O 3 solid phase extraction.This method had a good linearity in the range of 500x0E?Symbol^A@0x0F500μg/L with correlation coefficients among 0.9695~0.9999.The recoveries of all PAHs were in the range of 65.4%to 129.7%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were less than 14.3%.The limits of detection(LOD)were 0.4~7.4μg/kg.The developed method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the determination of 16 PAHs in cream cosmetic.
