摘要
为了进一步强化学生的有机化学实验操作技术,培养学生的创新能力,结合近年来的科研成果,在多次教学实践的基础上,介绍了一个研究型有机化学实验-光致变色化合物螺噁嗪的合成。通过这一实验,学生对光致变色现象有了初步认识;回流、减压蒸馏、萃取、分液、冰水浴冷却等有机化学基本实验操作技能得到锻炼。通过将科研成果转化为教学资源,开阔了学生的视野,提高了教育教学质量。
In order to strengthen Organic Chemistry experiment operation technology of students,and develop the students innovation ability,combining with the scientific research achievements of recent years and the basis of the practice for many times,an Organic Chemistry experiment was recommended:syntheses of spirooxazine compound.By this experiment,students made a preliminary understanding about photochromism,and Organic Chemistry experiment operation technology,such as backflow,reduced pressure distillation,extraction,etc,was trained.Through the scientific research into teaching resources appropriately,students field of vision was opened and the education quality was improved.
