摘要
手性衍生化试剂法(CDA)是近年来广泛采用的一种基于核磁共振技术的测定有机化合物绝对构型的方法,最为常用的手性化试剂是Mosher试剂。本文说明了使用Mosher法通过核磁共振技术确定手性化合物绝对构型的原理,介绍了Mosher试剂的研究进展,并指出其适用的范围。
The chiral derivatization reagent method(CDA)was a method widely used in recent years to determine the absolute configuration of organic compounds based on nuclear magnetic resonance technology.The most commonly used chiral agent was the Mosher reagent.This paper described the principle of using Mosher method to determine the absolute configuration of chiral compounds by nuclear magnetic resonance techniques,introduced the research progress of Mosher reagents,and pointed out its applicable scope.
