紫锥菊花中药效成分的提取工艺及抗炎活性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究临沂引种紫锥菊花中药效成分的最佳提取工艺及其抗炎活性。方法采用L9正交试验法筛选,通过高效液相色谱仪,用提取物中菊苣酸含量为量化指标进行量化,确定最佳提取工艺。耳肿胀和足跖肿胀试验确定紫锥菊花的抗炎活性。结果紫锥菊花中药效成分的最佳提取工艺为70℃时用20倍量60%乙醇提取120min提取2次,菊苣酸得率为2.34%。紫锥菊花的乙醇提取物在试验剂量表现出较好抗炎活性。结论该方法提取紫锥菊的药效成分的工艺简便,污染少,可用于工业化生产。紫锥菊花的乙醇提取物具有较好的抗炎活性。 Objective To study the optimum extraction process and the anti-inflammatory activity of the effective components in Echinacea purpurea flower planted in Linyi.Methods L9 orthogonal test and HPLC method were used to determine optimum extraction process,and chicory acid content was used as quantified index.Ear swelling and plantar swelling tests were used to determine the anti-inflammatory activity.Results The best extraction process of the active ingredient in Echinacea purpurea flower was extracted by 20 times 60%ethanol(V/V)for 120 minutes for 2 times at 70℃,and the yield of chicory acid was 2.34%.The ethanol extracts of Echinacea purpurea flower had excellent anti-inflammatory activity at experimental doses.Conclusion The extraction method was simple,less pollution,and it can be used in industrial production.The ethanol extract of Echinacea purpurea flower had excellent anti-inflammatory activity.
