目的介绍脑卒中患者综合功能障碍筛查量表。方法通过脑卒中患者综合功能障碍筛查量表的评测者内部、评测者之间重测信度、内部一致性进行分析,并用脑卒中患者综合功能障碍筛查量表中的言语、认知、情感功能方面的总分,与FCA量表中的认知功能部分的总分进行效度比较,并介绍其具体的脑卒中患者综合功能障碍筛查量表。结果脑卒中患者综合功能障碍筛查量表具有较高的信度及效度。结论脑卒中患者综合功能障碍筛查量表,适合作为脑卒中患者各种功能障碍的筛查。

Objective Introduction of comprehensive dysfunction screening scale for stroke patients.Methods By analysis the test-retest reliability among and between evaluators,and internal consistency of comprehensive dysfunction screening scale for stroke patients,the validity of the total score of verbal,cognitive and emotional functions in the comprehensive dysfunction screening scale for stroke patients in comparison with that of FCA scale.This paper introduces the specific scale of comprehensive dysfunction screening for stroke patients.Results The comprehensive dysfunction screening scale for stroke patients has high reliability and validity.Conclusion It is suitable for the screening of various functional disorders in patients with stroke using comprehensive dysfunction screening scale for stroke patients.
