子宫内膜息肉导致异常子宫出血的相关因素分析

The factors associated with the endometrial polyp and abnormal uterine bleeding

目的探讨子宫内膜息肉患者发生异常子宫出血的相关因素。方法回顾性分析2015年1月~2017年4月195例在本院行宫腔镜手术的子宫内膜息肉患者,根据有无异常子宫出血分组,探讨患者年龄、肥胖指数、子宫内膜息肉的个数、大小、是否上环、高血压与异常子宫出血的关系。结果年龄及体重指数,导致异常子宫出血差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且多因素分析显示体重指数为独立危险因素,而子宫内膜息肉的个数、大小、上环、高血压导致异常出血均无明显差异。结论年龄越大、体重指数越大,发生异常子宫出血的风险越大,且体重指数为独立危险因素。宫腔镜下息肉切除能显著改善上述因素导致的异常出血。

Objective To detect the factors on patients with endometrial polyp associated with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2015 to April 2017,195 cases in our line of endometrial polyps hysteroscopy surgery patients,according to the presence of abnormal uterine bleeding,detect the relationship between abnormal uterine bleeding and some factors.The patients age,BMI,polyps number,size,whether on the ring,hypertension were analyzed.Results The older,the heavier,the difference in abnormal uterine bleeding was statistically significant(P<0.05)and Multifactorial analysis shows BMI was an independent risk factor.There was no significant difference in the polyps number,size,upper ring and hypertension.Conclusion The older,the heavier,the greater the risk of abnormal uterine bleeding,and the BMI as an independent risk factor.Hysteroscopic polypectomy can significantly improve the abnormal bleeding caused by these factors.
