分析系统康复治疗对上肢骨关节损伤患者肢体运动功能恢复效果的影响

目的分析系统康复治疗对上肢骨关节损伤患者肢体运动功能恢复效果的影响。方法严格按照随机分配原则选用在本院接受治疗的100例急上肢骨关节损伤患者作为本次研究的观察对象进行回顾性研究分析,并将所有的患者按照给予不同的治疗方案进行平均分组治疗,即治疗组与对照组,每组各有患者50例。给予治疗组患者的治疗方案为系统康复治(热疗法、电疗法、运动疗法、生活疗法、心理疗法),而对照组则是以常规治疗为治疗方案进行医治。治疗结束后,观察比较两组患者的SHEF和FIM评分、ROM变化情况以及肌力变化情况。结果两组患者经过治疗后,其SHEF和FIM评分、ROM变化情况以及肌力变化情况在很大程度上有较大的变化。治疗组的SHEF(78.53±7.10)和FIM(39.12±4.16)评分变化情况比对照组的SHEF(59.89±8.50)和FIM(25.59±2.16)评分有明显改善,组间数值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的ROM变化情况比对照组的ROM变化情况有明显改善,组间数值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的肌力变化情况比对照组的肌力变化情况有明显改善,组间数值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统康复治疗运用于上肢骨关节损伤患者肢体运动功能恢复治疗中具有极高的应用价值,可以有效促进患者的临床康复治疗,此治疗方法值得在临床中推广使用。

Objective The effects of rehabilitation treatment on limb motor function recovery in patients with upper extremity arthrosis were analyzed.Methods Strictly in accordance with the principle of randomized selection in our hospital treated 100 cases of acute upper limb joint injury patients as the observation object were retrospectively analysis of the present study and all patients according to the given different average group therapy treatment,the treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group with patients.For the treatment of patients with treatment group scheme for the system of rehabilitation cure(thermal therapy,electrotherapy,exercise therapy,life therapy,psychological therapy),while the control group with routine therapy as a treatment for healing.After the treatment,the SHEF and FIM scores,ROM changes and muscle strength of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the SHEF and FIM scores,ROM changes and changes in muscle strength were significantly changed.SHEF treatment group(78.53±7.10)and FIM changes(39.12±4.16)score than the control group of SHEF(59.89±8.50)and FIM(25.59±2.16)score has improved significantly,the numerical difference between group showed statistically significant(P<0.05);The ROM changes in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The change of muscle strength in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion System rehabilitation therapy applied in limb movement function in patients with upper limb joint injury recovery has a very high application value in the treatment,can effectively promote the patient's clinical rehabilitation treatment,this treatment method is worth popularizing in clinical use.
