四川省青少年错颌畸形与口腔健康生活质量的关系研究

Relationship between malocclusion and oral health living quality among adolescents in Sichuan Province

目的研究口腔健康相关生活质量(OHR-Qo L)和错颌畸形之间的关系。方法利用正畸治疗需要指数(IOTN)评估错颌畸形,并利用儿童14种人格因素问卷(CPQ)评估OHR-Qo L,选取2015年1月至2017年12月四川省成都市418名平均年龄为(10.10±1.08)岁的青少年进行调查分析。结果任何类型的错颌畸形的存在与CPQ结果没有显著性关联。深覆盖与功能受限[β系数:0.63,95%置信区间(95%CI):0.18~1.09]、口腔症状(β系数:0.67,95%CI:0.15~1.20)和社会关系(β系数:0.51,95%CI:0.07~0.94)显著相关。深覆颌也与功能受限(β系数:0.46,95%CI:0.20~0.73)、口腔症状(β系数:0.55,95%CI:0.24~0.85)显著相关。结论深覆盖与深覆颌与部分口腔健康相关生活质量有关。

The Index of Orthodontic Treatment Need(IOTN)was employed to evaluate malocclusion and the Child Perceptions Questionnaire(CPQ)was used to assess OHR-QoL.A total of 418 dolescents with a mean age of(10.10±1.08)years old in Cheng-du City of Sichuan Province were performed the survey and analysis.Results Any type of malocclusion existence had no obvi-ous relation with the CPQ results.However,deep overjet had significant correlation with function limitation[βcoefficient:0.67,95%CI:0.18-1.09),oral cavity symptoms(βcoefficient:0.67,95%CI:0.15-1.20),and social relation(βcoefficient:0.51,95%CI:0.07-0.94).Deep overbite also had significant relation with the functional limitation(βcoefficient:0.46,95%CI:0.20-0.73)and oral symptoms(βcoefficient:0.55,95%CI:0.24-0.85).Conclusion Deep overjet and deep overbite are partially related with the oral health related living quality.
