长江经济带农业生产效率及其影响因素研究

Agricultural Productivity and Influential Factors in the Yangtze River Economic Belt

文章针对长江经济带农业生产效率及协调发展问题,首先运用改进的数据包络分析(DEA)方法对经济带内11个省市2006-2015年的农业生产效率进行测算,结果显示大部分地区农业生产效率较高且呈上升趋势,长江上游除四川外其余地区农业生产效率十年间未有明显提升;然后以农业生产效率值为被解释变量,分别选取4个解释变量和3个控制变量,通过面板数据回归分析其对农业生产效率的影响,结果显示自然资源禀赋、工业化水平和流通服务业发展均对长江经济带农业生产效率的提升有显著的正向影响;最后基于农业产业区域协调发展及优化角度,从优化区域分工布局、加强农业科技创新、促进区域要素流通三个方面提出建议。

Firstly,this paper,aiming at the issues of agricultural productivity and coordinated development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,applies the improved DEA method to calculate the agricultural productivity of 11 provincial-level administrative areas in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2014.The results show that the agricultural productivity is high and rising in most areas.The agricultural productivity in the rest areas of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,except for Sichuan province,has not been significantly improved in the past ten years.Then,the paper,taking the agricultural productivity as the explanatory variable and selecting 4 explanatory variables and 3 control variables respectively,analyzes their influences on agricultural productivity through the panel data regression.The results show that the natural endowment resources,the level of industrialization and the development of circulation service industry have significant positive influences on the improvement of agricultural productivity.Finally,the paper,based on regional coordinated development and optimization of agricultural industry,proposes suggestions from three aspects of optimizing the distribution of regional division of labor,strengthening the innovation of agricultural science and technology,and promoting the circulation of regional factors.
