装备工业转型升级中的智能制造策略研究 被引量:11

摘要 改革开放以来,我国以装备工业为代表的制造业经历了一段高速发展的时期,迅速成长为全球第二制造大国。随着我国经济进入新常态,装备工业在创新、品牌、技术、人才等方面低质量发展的劣势逐渐显露,亟待转型升级。智能制造作为产业转型升级的主攻方向,是我国装备工业紧跟世界发展趋势、构筑竞争新优势的关键所在。文章总结了我国装备工业发展历程和现状,阐明了智能制造是我国装备制造业转型升级的必然选择。针对装备工业智能制造发展,从宏观和技术两个层面提出了具体策略,为我国装备工业发展智能制造提供了有益的分析和建议。 Since the reform and opening-up,China s manufacturing industry,represented by the equipment industry,has experienced a period of fast development,and has rapidly become the second largest manufacturing country in the world.As China s economy has entered into the new normal,the drawbacks of the low quality development of equipment industry in innovation,brand,technology and talent,etc.have gradually emerged,and it needs urgent transformation and upgrading.Intelligent manufacturing,as the main direction of industrial transformation and upgrading,is the key to China s equipment industry follows the development trend of the world and build new competitive advantages.This paper summarizes the history and current situation of China s equipment industry,and explains that intelligent manufacturing is the inevitable choice of equipment industry s transformation and upgrading.The paper,aiming at the intelligent manufacturing development of equipment industry,proposes specific strategies from macro and technology aspects,and offers useful analyses and suggestions for the intelligent manufacturing development of China s equipment industry.
