刮式自清洁海水滤器的设计

摘要 简述了刮式自清洁海水滤器的工作原理、结构和设计方法。根据滤器的设计参数确定滤器的通径尺寸、滤网面积、设计清污装置以及校核压力容器强度。通过改进传统海水滤器的结构,增加自清洁功能,可以降低船员保养工作强度。该设备的创新在于采用了新型滤网,设计了带有补偿的刮刀清污装置,可安装于吸入管路。该设计方法可以为刮式自清洁海水滤器设计与研究提供借鉴和参考。 This paper briefly introduces the working principle,structure and design methodology of a scraping self-cleaning seawater filter.It determines the filter path size and the filter screen area,designs the cleaning device and checks the strength of the pressure vessel according to the design parameters of the filter.The improvement of the configuration of the traditional seawater filter can increase the self-cleaning function of the filter and can reduce the maintenance labor intensity of sailors,which can provide references for the design and investigation of the scraping self-cleaning seawater filter.This device firstly adopts a new type of filter screen and designs a scraper cleaning device with compensation that can be installed in the suction pipeline.
