摘要
文章针对超深水半潜式钻井平台钻井系统总体布局及作业工艺,在确定主要技术参数的基础上,对物料处理系统、游吊系统、旋转系统、钻柱升沉补偿装置、隔水管张紧系统、井架及钻台等核心部件的关键参数进行分析计算,提出了适用于超深水半潜式钻井平台的钻井系统配置方案,同时可为超深水海洋钻机设计提供参考。
This paper studies the overall layout and the operation process of the ultra-deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform.After the determination of the main technical parameters,this paper analyzes and calculates the key parameters of the core components,such as material handling system,hosting system,rotation system,string heave compensator,riser tensioning system,derrick and drill platform.The configuration scheme of the drilling system suitable for the ultra-deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform is proposed.It provides references for the prototype design of the ultra-deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform.
