碘^(131)与甲硫咪唑联用对甲亢患者疗效及唾液腺功能的影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了分析碘^(131)与甲硫咪唑联用对甲亢患者疗效及唾液腺功能的影响,采用等距随机抽样法将2015年3月—2016年3月收治的80例甲亢患者分为接受碘^(131)治疗的对照组及接受碘^(131)与甲硫咪唑联合治疗的观察组各40例,对2组疗效及唾液腺功能的影响效果进行比对。治疗后观察组总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(1.67±0.23)μg/L、血清总甲状腺素(103.29±3.40)μg/L、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(6.45±1.12)pmol/L、游离甲状腺素(16.38±1.09)pmol/L、促甲状腺激素(4.70±1.10)UIV/mL、唾液腺摄取指数(4.59±1.07)、唾液腺分泌指数(35.70±1.12)%,对照组总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(2.11±0.22)μg/L、血清总甲状腺素(^(131).74±3.36)μg/L、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(7.90±1.10)pmol/L、游离甲状腺素(19.11±1.07)pmol/L、促甲状腺激素(4.67±1.09)UIV/mL、唾液腺摄取指数(3.87±1.05)、唾液腺分泌指数(30.77±1.10)%,结果表明,观察组总三碘甲状腺原氨酸、血清总甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素低于对照组,唾液腺摄取指数、唾液腺分泌指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),促甲状腺激素略高于对照组但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。碘^(131)与甲硫咪唑联用治疗甲亢可取得更为理想的疗效且对唾液腺功能的影响得到有效控制,在临床应用中具备较高的安全性,可作为优选治疗方案推广使用。 Analysis of Impact on Patients with Hyperthyroidism and Salivary Gland Function Exerted by Iodine 131 and Methimazole Methodology:Take isometric random sampling method to adopt 40 cases from 80 patients with hyperthyroidism in control group and observation group which accept Iodine 131 treatment and the combined treatment(iodine 131 and methimazole)respectively during Mar.2015-Mar.2016,then,compare the curative effects and salivary gland functions of two groups.The results shows that,The total triiodothyronine,total serum thyroxine,free triiodothyronine,free thyroxine,thyrotropin,salivary gland intake index and salivary gland secretion index in observation group after treatment are(1.67±0.23)μg/L,(103.29±3.40)μg/L,(6.45±1.12)pmol/L,(16.38±1.09)pmol/L,(4.70±1.10)UIV/mL,(4.59±1.07)and(35.70±1.12)%respectively.As for the control group,the foregoing indexes are(2.11±0.22)μg/L,(131.74±3.36)μg/L,(7.90±1.10)pmol/L,(19.11±1.07)pmol/L,(4.67±1.09)UIV/mL,(3.87±1.05)and(30.77±1.10)%respectively.When these two groups are compared,the total triiodothyronine,total serum thyroxine,free triiodothyronine and free thyroxine of observation group are lower than that of control group,but,its salivary gland intake index and secretion index are higher than that of control group.Hence,the difference has the statistical significance(P<0.05).Although thyrotropin of observation group is slightly higher than that of control group,but,the difference is free from statistical significance(P>0.05).Outcome:TheIodine 131 and methimazole can provide the more ideal curative effects and control the impact on the salivary gland function effectively.Due to the high safety in the clinical application,the foregoing combined treatment can be promoted and used widely as the optimal treatment scheme.
