离心泵不同叶轮与隔舌径向间隙对泵压力脉动特性影响的研究 被引量:5

Study on the Radial Clearance′s Influence on the Fluctuation Nature of Pump Pressure between Different Impeller and Cut-water of Centrifugal Pump

摘要 基于数值模拟技术,以比转速为63的单级单吸离心泵为研究对象,研究了在最佳工况Qopt、1.2Qopt和0.8Qopt下,叶轮与隔舌之间间隙的改变对泵压力脉动特性的影响。使用了3种方式改变这一间隙:改变压水室基圆直径D3,改变隔舌径向位置,以及压水室隔舌的切割与延伸。结果表明,叶轮和压水室受到的径向力和效率随D3增加而不断下降,但下降速度不同;改变0断面后会使泵的力脉动特性在不同工况出现不一致的变化;延伸与切割隔舌可改变压水室的过通性能,但都会使泵效率下降。 Based on the numerical simulation technology,the author will take the single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump(63 rps)as the research object to study on the impeller and cut-water clearance changes′influence on the fluctuation nature of pump pressure under the optimum conditions,namely,Q opt,1.2 Q opt and 0.8 Q opt.The clearance is changed in three ways:Change the base circle diameter D 3 of pumping chamber,change the radial position of cut-water,cut and extend the cut-water in the pumping chamber.The results show that the radial force and efficiency suffered by the impeller and pumping chamber will decrease with the D 3 increasing,however,the decreasing speed is different from each other;When cross section is changed,the fluctuation nature of pump will show the different changes under different working conditions;Although the passing performance of pressure chamber will be changed by the cut-water extension and cutting,the pump efficiency will be accordingly reduced.
