水热法合成单分散相立方形黄铁矿型FeS_2微晶

摘要 采用低毒性的方法,用地球上丰富的原材料制备出在光电和光催化方面具有潜在作用的微晶,近年来受到广泛的关注。本文采用无水氯化铁为铁源,油胺为分散剂和溶剂,用一种简单的溶剂热法制备出立方形FeS_2微晶。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对微晶的晶体结构和形貌进行了表征。同时利用UV-vis光谱测定了FeS_2微晶的光吸收性能。结果表明,当Fe:S摩尔比为1:1.5、反应温度为220℃、反应时间为6h时制备出微米尺寸的样品,且纯度高、结晶度好。 Crystallites from non-toxic,earth abundant materials have recently received great interest for their potential large-scale application in photovoltaics and photocatalysis.A facile solvothermal approach was used to synthesize cubic FeS 2 crystallites.Anhydrous iron(III)chlorideacted as the Fe source,oleylamine as capping ligands and solvent.The phase and morphology of the crystallites were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)respectively.The optical absorption test was employed to show the optoelectronic properties of these FeS 2 crystallites according the UV-vis spectra.The results shows that the prepared samples are micron powders which have high purity,good crystallinity when Fe:S mol ratio is 1:1.5,the temperature of reaction being 220℃,and reaction time is 6 hours.
