摘要
用SnCl_2催化二苯酮肟贝克曼重排反应,研究了催化剂结晶水、反应时间、反应温度及反应溶剂等因素对重排反应影响。结果表明二苯酮肟浓度为0.659mmol·m L^(-1),酮肟与无水Sn Cl2物质的量之比50∶1,在无水乙腈中回流反应2 h,为最优反应条件,转化率可达93.58%。
Beckmann rearrangement of diphenyl methanone oxime could proceed in the presence of SnCl 2 using anhydrous acetonitrile as a solvent.The effects of SnCl 2crystallization water,reaction time,reaction temperature,soulvent on the yield of N-benzoyl benzenamine were investigated.The results showed that theproduction yield of N-benzoyl benzenamine reached 93.58%under optimum reaction conditions:concentration of diphenyl methanoneoximewas 0.659mmol·mL-1,molar ratio of oxime and SnCl 2 was 50∶1,time of refluxing in anhydrous acetonitrile was 2 hours.
