永磁直驱电机在带式输送机上的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对传统带式输送机传动装置由多种设备组成造成的满载启动困难、驱动效率较低、设备运转过程中出现故障率高、运转时噪音大、且后期人工对机器维护频繁且维修费用高昂等问题,引进了永磁直驱电机对井下带式输送机传动装置的改造。永磁直驱电机取代传统的机械驱动装置,其直接驱动传动滚筒带动胶带机运转,使传动系统结构中无齿轮,减少了设备之间机械传动效率的消耗,效率得到了很大的提高、运转过程中噪音降低了很多,安装十分方便,而且无需工人进行日常维护、检修,从而节约了大量的人力物力成本。永磁直驱电机的成功研发,为带式输送机的发展开拓了新的篇章。 In view of the traditional belt conveyor transmission device has asynchronous three-phase motor,hydraulic coupler,reducer,brake,coupling and other components,because of its consist of various equipment,the full start difficulties,the drive efficiency was low,the equipment operation appeared in the process of high failure rate,large noise when running,and later on the artificial machine maintenance frequent and high maintenance costs.With the recovery of the coal economy and the continuous development of science and technology,the introduction of permanent magnet direct drive motor had a great impact on the transformation of the transmission device of the underground belt conveyor.The permanent magnet to replace the traditional mechanical drive device for direct drive motor,the drive roller drived the belt conveyor operation,the gear transmission system,reducing equipment between the mechanical transmission efficiency consumption,had greatly improved the efficiency and noise during operation was reduced,the installation was very convenient,and no need the workers in the daily maintenance and maintenance,thus saving a lot of manpower cost.The development of permanent magnet direct drive motor had brought about a new chapter for the development of belt conveyor.
