婴幼儿心理发展与教育课程对儿科护士岗位胜任力培养的思考

在儿科护理实际工作中,由于患儿处在治疗疾病的特殊状态,如何尽量降低疾病产生的应激反应,如何尽量帮助患儿和家属维系适宜心理发育状态,这就对儿科护士提出了更高的标准和要求。在儿科护士的岗位胜任力培养中,要关注和加强其婴幼儿心理发展与教育的能力。儿科护士不仅要对护理专科技术操作熟练掌握,也要对患儿做好心理护理,促进患儿疾病康复和心理健康发展。
