婴幼儿心理发展与教育课程对儿科护士岗位胜任力培养的思考 被引量:1

摘要 在儿科护理实际工作中,由于患儿处在治疗疾病的特殊状态,如何尽量降低疾病产生的应激反应,如何尽量帮助患儿和家属维系适宜心理发育状态,这就对儿科护士提出了更高的标准和要求。在儿科护士的岗位胜任力培养中,要关注和加强其婴幼儿心理发展与教育的能力。儿科护士不仅要对护理专科技术操作熟练掌握,也要对患儿做好心理护理,促进患儿疾病康复和心理健康发展。 In the clinical work of pediatric nursing,because the children are in the special condition of the treatment of the disease,how to minimize the response to stress caused by disease,how to help the children and parents to maintain the appropriate mental state of development,this requires higher standards to pediatric nurses.In the training of post competency of pediatric nurses,we should pay attention to the mental development and education of infants and young children.A pediatric nurse should not only master the technical of the nurse,but also have psychological nursing for children,to promote to be restored to disease,to promote the development of mental health.
