PDCA循环法在新疆某三甲医院住院医师技能培训中的应用效果分析

The Application Effect of PDCA Circulation Method in Physician Skill Training in a Third-grade Class-A Hospital of Xinjiang

目的探讨PDCA循环法在住院医师技能培训中的应用效果。方法将2015年90名以传统管理方式进行技能培训的住院医师设为对照组,2016年90名以PDCA循环法进行技能培训的住院医师设为PDCA组,将两组两项技能培训的理论、操作的平均成绩进行对比。结果 PDCA组理论、技能成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环法进行住院医师技能培训,可有效提高住院医师培训质量。

Objective To explore the application of PDCA in skills training resident doctors.Methods 90 residents trained skills on the basis of traditional management in 2015 were set as control group.In 2016,90resident physicians who trained with the PDCA cycle were set up as PDCA group.The average results of the theory and operation of the two groups of two skills training were compared.Results The results of theory and skill of group PDCA were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By employing PDCA circulation method to train residents can effectively raise their quality.
