腹腔镜胃癌根治术研究进展

Research Progress of Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy

根治性手术是胃癌患者的主要治疗方法之一,对于符合手术适应证的患者尽量优先选择手术治疗,切除肿瘤病灶、减少肿瘤细胞的播散转移,延长患者生存期。腹腔镜胃癌根治术是近些年来在临床上被广泛应用的微创术式,大大减轻了手术对患者造成的创伤和生理心理应激反应。但是腹腔镜胃癌根治术的远期疗效、免疫功能影响等方面还存在一定争议。本研究试图通过综述当前腹腔镜胃癌根治术的研究前沿成果,为该术式的应用推广提供理论基础。

Radical surgery is one of the main methods in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer,in accordance with the indications for surgery patients to choose surgical treatment,surgical resection,reduce the spread of tumor cell metastasis,prolong the survival time of the patients.Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy is a widely used minimally invasive surgery in recent years,which greatly reduces the trauma and physiological and psychological stress reaction caused by surgery.However,there is still some controversy about the long-term efficacy and immune function of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.This study attempts to summarize the current research achievements of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,and provide a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of this operation.
