肢体语言沟通在儿科护理工作中应用的效果

The Effect of Body Language Communication in Paediatric Nursing

目的讨论肢体语言的交流在儿科护理工作中的应用效果。方法研究我院收治的10岁以下儿童118例,随机平均分为两组。两组同时给予常规护理的方法,对照组为基本方法护理的小组,而实验组为肢体语言沟通组。观察治疗效果及家长满意度。结果实验组的患儿对于医务人员的要求能有效的执行,患儿家长对医务人员的护理工作程度满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实验组的肢体语言沟通能提高患儿对医务人员要求的依从性,于此同时患病儿童的家长对于医务人员护理工作的满意度显著升高。

Objective To discuss the application effect of the communication of body language in the nursing work of pediatrics.Methods 118 children under 10 years of age in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were given the routine nursing methods,the control group was given the basic method of nursing,and the experimental group was given the body language communication group.The effect of the treatment and the satisfaction of the parents were observed.Results The children in the experimental group could effectively carry out the requirements for the medical staff,and the parents'satisfaction with the degree of nursing work of the medical staff was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The body language communication in the experimental group can improve the compliance of the children to the medical staff.Meanwhile,the parents'satisfaction of the sick children is significantly higher than that of the medical staff.
