神经肽Y(NPY)广泛分布于机体的各个部位,但主要存在于交感神经末梢,具有强大缩血管作用,主要通过与受体结合发挥生物学效应,是调节血管收缩舒张的一种重要物质。近年来,国内外众多学者就对NPY进行了多方面的研究,发现NPY在人体主要系统疾病的发生、发展及预后中发挥着重要作用。尤其是在心血管系统,NPY能促进冠状动脉粥样硬化形成,进一步加重高血压,加剧心力衰竭。早期行NPY检测,对相关疾病的早期诊断、早期治疗具有一定意义。

Neuropeptide Y(NPY)is widely distributed in various parts of the body,but mainly exists in the sympathe-tic nerve ending.It has strong vasoconstriction effect and plays an important role in regulating vasoconstriction and relaxation by combining with the receptors.In recent years,many scholars at home and abroad have done numerous researches on it.It is found that NPY plays an important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of some major human diseases.Especially in the cardiovascular system,it is found that it can promote the formation of coronary atherosclerosis,further aggravate hypertension and exacerbate heart failure.Early detection of NPY has a certain significance for the early diagnosis and early treatment of related diseases.
