皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损的研究进展

Research Progress in Flaps Repair of Hand Soft Tissue Defect

手部皮肤软组织缺损的修复方法众多,临床常用的游离皮瓣、腹部带蒂皮瓣、邻指皮瓣、掌背动脉皮瓣等方法有益于手功能恢复,但均对供区造成了一定程度的损伤。皮瓣修复不仅要考虑覆盖缺损创面,更要兼顾恢复手功能、改善术后外观,在修复缺损的同时尽可能减少对供区的损伤。皮支链皮瓣用于修复手部小面积缺损取得了较好效果,术后功能及外观得到很大的改善。客观评价各类皮瓣的优缺点,选择最合适的皮瓣,以期更有效地使用合适的皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损。

There are many ways to repair the hand skin of soft tissue defect.Free flap,pedicled abdominal flap,cross finger flap,and dorsal metacarpal arterial flap are the common methods,which are beneficial to the recovery of hand function,but cause damage to the donor area.The flaps repair should not only cover the wound surface,but also restore the function of the hand,improve postoperative appearance,and reduce the damage to the donor area while repairing the defect.The cutaneous branches-chain flap has been used for repairing the small area defect of the hand,and the function and appearance of the skin have been improved greatly.Evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of different types of skin flap and choosing the best one will repair the skin and soft tissue defects of hand more effectively.
