摘要 三维斑点追踪技术(3D-STI)是在实时三维超声心动图及斑点追踪技术基础上发展起来的一项新技术,可以从三维空间上追踪心肌回声斑点的运动,且能对心肌的三维力学状态等生理现象进行客观而准确的量化评价,具有较高的临床应用价值。3D-STI除了可以评价左心室容积和射血分数外,还能准确评价左心室的形变和局部功能,以及同步运动等,其可靠性和重复性已通过大量的临床研究得到验证。 Three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI)is a new technology developed on the basis of real-time three dimensional echocardiography and speckle tracking imaging,which can track the movement of myocardial echo spots from three dimensions,and realize objective and accurate quantitative evaluation of the physiological phenomena such as three-dimensional myocardial mechanics state,therefore has high clinical value.3D-STI,in addition to being able to evaluate the left ventricular volume and ejection fraction,can accurately evaluate left ventricular deformation and local function,and synchronous movement,and its reliability and repeatability have been proved through a lot of clinical researches.
