巴戟天汤治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Morinda Officinalis Decoction in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨巴戟天汤治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3—9月北京中医药大学东方医院骨科门诊收治的50例肾阳亏虚、风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,予以巴戟天汤口服4周治疗,服药后观察2周,分析比较治疗前后患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、纽约特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)及中医证候评分的差异。结果 50例患者均获得随访,随访期间患者均无严重不良反应发生。治疗后及治疗后2周,VAS、中医证候评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),HSS评分高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后2周进行中医证候疗效评价,其中优7例,良24例,中16例,优良率为65.96%(31/47),总有效率为100%(47/47)。结论巴戟天汤治疗肾阳亏虚、风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of euphorbia officinalis decoction on knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 50 cases of knee osteoarthritis were selected in department of orthopedics of Eastern Orthopedic Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from Mar.2017 to Sep.2017.The patients had deficiency of kidney yang,anemofrigid damp arthralgia type knee osteoarthritis,and were treated with morinda officinalis decoction for 4 weeks and observed for 2 weeks after treatment.Analysis and comparison of pain visual analogue score(VAS),hospital for special surgery knee score(HSS)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were done.Results All of the 50 patients were followed up and no serious adverse reactions occurred during the follow-up.After treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the scores of VAS and TCM syndromes were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The HSS score was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Two weeks after treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome was evaluated:excellent 7 cases,good 24 cases,middle 16 cases,excellent and good rate 65.96%(31/47),total effective rate 100%(47/47).Conclusion Morinda officinalis decoction in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency,anemofrigid damp arthralgia type knee osteoarthritis,hassignificant clinical effect.
