COOK球囊联合催产素促宫颈成熟球囊用于足月妊娠引产的护理体会

Nursing experience of COOK balloon combined with oxytocin for cervical ripening balloon for induction of labor in term pregnancy

目的分析足月妊娠引产应用COOK球囊联合催产素促宫颈成熟球囊护理体会。方法随机选择本院妇产科自2017年2~11月收治的晚期妊娠引产孕妇50例,根据随机数字表法将其分对照组(n=25)、干预组(n=25),对照组给予单纯缩宫素引产,干预组采用COOK球囊联合催产素促宫颈成熟球囊引产,所有孕妇均实施综合护理,分析两组临床指标、宫颈成熟度、引产效果、剖宫产率。结果临床指标、剖宫产率对比显示干预组低于对照组;宫颈成熟度、引产效果对比显示干预组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论在足月妊娠孕妇中应用COOK球囊联合催产素促宫颈成熟球囊引产,同时增加综合护理措施,既可改善临床指标,又可提高宫颈成熟度、降低剖宫产率,引产效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the nursing experience of COOK balloon combined with oxytocin for cervical ripening in term pregnancy induced labor.Methods Fifty cases of late pregnancy induced labor were randomly selected from February to November 2017 in our department of obstetrics and gynecology,and divided into control group(n=25)and intervention group(n=25)according to random number table method.The control group was induced by oxytocin alone,and the intervention group was treated with COOK balloon combined with oxytocin for cervical ripening balloon induction.All the pregnant women were given comprehensive nursing.The clinical indicators,cervical maturity,induced labor effect and cesarean section rate of two groups were analyzed.Results The comparison of clinical indexes and cesarean section rate showed that the intervention group was lower than the control group.The cervical maturity and induced labor effect showed that the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion COOK balloon combined with oxytocin in full-term pregnant women to promote cervical ripening balloon induction of labor,at the same time increase the comprehensive nursing measures,not only can improve the clinical indicators,but also can improve the cervical maturity,reduce the cesarean section rate,induction effect is obvious.It is worthy of clinical application.
