新型移动式压缩打包装置设计

本文设计了一种可移动的、轻便的压缩打包装置,安装有较大的车轮,使它具备相当强的移动能力。作为立式工作和卧式移动两种方式转换的机器,结构紧凑,方便存放,节省人力和物力的开支。同时采用了不受空间位置改变影响的电动机作为动力装置,丝杆作为传动装置,易于维护,可以适应不同温度和区域下的工作。压缩打包装置具有功能完善,加工方便,应用前景广阔等优点,可以为废品处理厂家以及加工制造企业创造可观的经济效益。

This paper designs a kind of compression baler which is movable and lightweight.The compression baler has four large wheels to be provided with moving ability.In order to make the structure of the device compact and convenient,it can vertically work and horizontally move.At the same time the baler uses the electromotor as the power source which is not affected by the change of spatial locaton,it uses the leadscrew nut mechanism as the mechanical driving device,because of this easy to maintain and can work in different temperature and environment.The compression baler has the advantages of perfect function,convenient processing and showing broad prospect,which can create considerable economic interest for salvage station and manufacturing enterprises.
