摘要
首先,对部分风场在线机组主轴前轴承磨损情况进行了详细检查,并调取后台监控温度数据,结合这些信息对磨损原因进行了全面分析,并建立了经验理论,从工程和经验角度对类似问题起到参考作用。
Firstly,the wear of the front part of spindle front bearing of some wind farm on-line double-feed wind turbine generator unit is checked in detail,while the temperature data from the background monitoring is retrieved.According to these information,the reason for the front part of the worn bearing of double-feed wind turbine is generally analyzed,and the empirical theory is established.From the point of engineering and experience,it can serve as a reference similar problems.
