城轨车辆门系统安全环线故障分析及改进

在城市的地铁线路中门禁系统(Access Control System,ACS)是确保地铁能够正常安全运营的一个必不可少的系统,并且合理的设置门禁系统,不但能够控制城轨车辆在开闭车门期间运用的影响,还能够有效的防止并禁止没有被授权的闲杂人员的闯入。而在某地铁的调试以及试运营阶段,门禁系统出现门关好但灯不亮或是灯闪烁的情况,因此相关企业以及技术人员也就这些问题展开了深入的有针对性的研究,本文阐述了门系统安全环线的设计原理,并进一步深入的研究以及分析了门系统安全环线发生故障的原因,并提出了相应的门系统故障的改进措施。

Access Control System(ACS)is an indispensable system to ensure the normal and safe operation of metro line in the city,and the access control system is set up reasonably.It can not only control the influence of the city rail vehicle during the opening and closing of the doors,but also effectively prevent and prohibit the intrusions of unauthorised idle personnel.And in the commissioning and trial operation phase of a certain subway,the entrance control system appears the situation that the door is closed but the lights are not on or the lights are flashing.Therefore,the relevant enterprises and technicians have also carried out in-depth and targeted research on these problems.This paper describes the design principle of the safety loop of the gate system,and further studies and analyzes the causes of the failure of the safety loop of the gate system,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the fault of the gate system.
