摘要
针对现有的船舶自动识别系统(AIS)或船舶交通管理系统(VTS)在监测船舶方面都存在准确性不足等问题,提出基于星载合成孔径雷达技术对海上两大主要的溢油风险源,进行遥感识别和提取的方法。以渤海海域为例进行试验和案例分析,结果表明,该方法能够对海面船舶和石油平台进行快速准确的遥感识别,是对传统溢油风险源识别方法的有效补充。
The technique of satellite remote sensing with synthetic aperture radar(SAR)is more superior than the traditional methods,such as AIS and VTS,to detect oil spill risk sources in macro scale.The detection method based on satellite SAR images of ships and offshore platforms were put forward respectively.Cases studies were carried out in the Bohai Sea to empirically test the validity of the methods.The results indicated that the methods can effectively identify the two main oil spill risk sources at sea,which will directly benefit for oil spill risk management and preparedness.
