摘要
针对我国船舶油污损害赔偿基金制度自建立以来存在的不足以及在运作管理中逐渐凸显出的问题,结合船舶油污损害赔偿基金理赔工作实践,分析相关问题并提出对策建议。
There have been many operational deficiencies and problems in management of the Chinese ship-source oil pollution compensation fund since its establishment.Based on the practice of claims,the causes of the above problems were analyzed so as to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
