海洋溢油污染生物修复技术的专利分布分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用专利地图方法对海洋溢油污染生物修复领域的相关专利进行多角度地分析。结果发现,该类专利数量近年来整体呈现较快增长,特别是大型溢油事故发生后专利数量明显增长,说明溢油事故促使相关机构积极开展研发。中国专利占总专利数量的27.5%,说明我国在这一领域具有一定的技术优势,特别是在生物化学、微生物学、酶学和遗传工程等细分领域具有明显优势。然而我国在该领域专利布局广度方面不及国际同行,未来应注重多学科交叉,进一步提高布局广度。 Patents in the field of bioremediation technology of marine oil spill were analyzed by patent map method.The results showed that the number of patents had increased in recent years,especially after serious oil spill accident,which indicated bioremediation technology was promoted by oil spill accident.Chinese patents accounted for 27.5%of all patents,indicating that China had certain technological advantages in this field,especially in the fields of biochemistry,microbiology,enzymology and genetic engineering.The breadth of patent layout in China was less than that in abroad.Therefore,Chinese research agencies should pay attention to interdisciplinary studies to enhance the breadth of patent layout in the future.
