摘要
分析海底管道全生命周期环境保护管理方法,包括全生命周期环境保护管理各个阶段的管理内容和各阶段间的联系,提出把握各阶段间的相互联系是有效开展海上油气田环境保护管理的关键。
A comprehensive description of the entire life cycle based environmental protection of offshore pipeline was given,including the management aims at each stage and their interactions.The selection of a specific approach for each stage is crucial for the life cycle management and will benefit the management and regulation of offshore oil and gas fields.
