摘要
炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一种病因未明的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)和克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)。有些临床表现不典型或兼具UC和CD部分特征的IBD患者,被纳入未确定型结肠炎(indeterminate colitis,IC)的范畴,IC概念的提出拓宽并加深了临床工作者对IBD的认知。本文就IC的定义、历史、临床、内镜下表现、组织病理学特点及治疗与转归等作一概述,以期提高对IC患者的了解。
Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic non-specific intestinal inflammatory disease,including ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn’s disease(CD).The causes of IBD are unknown.Some IBD patients,whose clinical manifestations are atypical or have both UC and CD features,are included in the category of indeterminate colitis(IC).The introduction of the concept of IC deepens the cognition of clinicians to IBD.The definition and history,clinical and endoscopic performance,histopathological characteristics,treatment and prognosis of IC were reviewed in this paper in order to improve the understanding of IC patients.
