Treatment of emulsion wastewater by the chemical demulsification-Fenton oxidation

摘要 针对机械加工乳化液废水稳定性好、COD浓度高,难以处理的问题,采用加热酸析和盐析相结合的方法进行破乳,并使用芬顿试剂进行氧化处理.通过单因素实验,考察相关因素对处理效果的影响,确定最佳工艺条件.结果表明,在100mL乳化液中加入0.75mL 98%H2SO4,98%H2SO4与NaCl质量比为1∶1,温度为70℃,时间为150min条件下,废水的浊度和COD的去除率分别达到93.73%和56.95%;在芬顿氧化过程当,pH为3,H2O2用量为250mL/L,FeSO4·7H2O用量为6g/L时,COD去除率达65.7%;再调节pH至8,曝气投加PAC沉降后,COD降至10 156mg/L,可生化性明显提高. For the problems of good stability,high COD concentration of emulsion wastewater from mechanical processing,the method of heating acid and salting-out is used for demulsification.Fenton reagent is used for oxidation treatment.The relevant factors of the treatment effect are investigated by the single factor experiment,and the optimum technological conditions are determined.The experimental results show that under the conditions of adding acetic acid content of 0.75 mL 98%H2SO4 in 100 mL emulsion,mass ratio is 98%H2SO4 and NaCl 1∶1,temperature 70℃,time 150min,the turbidity and COD removal rate of wastewater are 93.73%and 56.95%respectively.In the Fenton oxidation process,when pH is 3,the dosage of H 2O 2 250 mL/L and the dosage of FeSO4·7H2O6 g/L,the removal rate of COD is 65.7%.When the pH is adjusted to 8,aeration plus PAC sedimentation,COD drops to 10 156 mg/L,biodegradability is thus greatly improved.
