阿尔茨海默病抑郁病人心理干预疗效的Meta分析

Meta analysis of psychological intervention effect in patients with Alzheimer's disease

[目的]系统评价心理干预对阿尔茨海默病(AD)病人抑郁治疗的效果。[方法]计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMBASE、Web of Science、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库关于心理干预治疗AD病人抑郁的随机对照试验(RCT),并用RevMan 5.3软件、试验序贯分析(TSA)软件进行数据分析。[结果]共纳入11项RCT,涉及1 325例病人。研究结果显示:与常规护理组比较,干预组心理干预3个月、4个月与支持性心理干预能显著降低病人的抑郁水平(P<0.01);而心理干预大于4个月与认知行为心理干预改善抑郁效果尚不确定。试验序贯分析和敏感性分析证实各结局指标合并结果可信。[结论]心理干预3个月、4个月与支持性心理干预可降低AD病人的抑郁水平。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on the treatment of depression for patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods:A randomized controlled trial on psychological intervention on depression in AD patients was retrieved through computer of PubMed,Cochrane library,EMBASE,Web of Science,Chinese knowledge network,Chinese biomedical literature database and Wanfang database,and to carried out data analysis by RevMan 5.3 software and test sequential analysis(TSA)software.Results:A total of 1 325 patients and 11 RCT were included.The results showed that compared with the routine nursing group,the intervention group’s psychological intervention for 3 months or 4 months and supportive psychological intervention could significantly reduce the depression level of patients(P<0.01),but the effect of psychological intervention over 4 months and cognitive behavioral psychological intervention for improving depression was still uncertain.The test sequential analysis and sensitivity analysis proved that the results of all outcome index were credible.Conclusions:Psychological intervention for 3 months or 4 months and supportive psychological intervention could reduce the level of depression in AD patients.
