中文版家庭照顾者照顾能力量表在肠造口病人照顾者中的信度及效度研究

Study on reliability and validity of Chinese version of Family Caregiver Task Inventory of enterostomy patients

[目的]检验中文版家庭照顾者照顾能力量表(FCTI)在肠造口病人照顾者中的信度及效度,为评估照顾者的照顾能力提供依据。[方法]随机抽取镇江市284例肠造口病人照顾者,采用中文版FCTI量表进行调查,对数据进行项目分析、探索性因子主成分分析、验证性因子最大似然估计法以测验该量表的信度及效度。[结果]中文版FCTI量表修订后总Cronbach’sα系数为0.873,5个分量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.790～0.920,总量表折半信度为0.824,各分量表折半信度为0.835～0.926,内容效度为0.836;探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为67.482%;验证性因子分析结果显示模型整体拟合度较好,χ~2/df为1.126,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)为0.038,比较拟合指数(CFI)为0.973。[结论]中文版FCTI量表修订后在肠造口病人照顾者中具有较好的信度及效度。

Objective:To test the reliability and validity of Chinese version Family Caregiver Task Inventory of patients with enterostomy,and to provide evidence for assessing caregivers’caring ability.Methods:A total of 284 caregivers of enterostomy in Zhenjiang were randomly selected and revised by The Chinese version of the FCTI scale.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested with project analysis,exploratory factor principal component analysis,and confirmatory factor maximum likelihood estimation.Results:In Chinese version of revised FCTI Scale,total Cronbach s’alpha coefficient was 0.873.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of five subscules was 0.790~0.920,the split half reliability of the total scale was 0.824,the split half reliability of all subscales was 0.835~0.926,the content validity was 0.836.A total of 5 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 67.482%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the overall fitting degree of the model was good,andχ2/df was 1.126,the approximate error root mean square(RMSEA)was 0.038,and the comparison fitting index(CFI)was 0.973.Conclusions:The revised Chinese version of FCTI had good reliability and validity for the caregivers of enterostomy patients.
